We rented a boat from Lottie’s Water Sports and had a really good experience. The team was so friendly, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Unfortunately, we had to return the boat after about an hour because our daughter wasn’t enjoying herself, but the staff couldn’t have been more understanding and kind about it. Even though our time on the water was short, we were really impressed with their amazing customer service and how well everything was explained and organized. We’d definitely go back again — highly recommended!

Located in the hotel resort marina with beautiful clean water and lovely, helpful staff. Able to reserve without upfront cost with the weather taken into account. Great experience with both kayaking and boat trip to the coastal caves. Would definitely use again and maybe go for the jet ski next time.

Amazing Experience with Lottie Watersports – Highly Recommended! We found Lottie Watersports on Google and contacted them via WhatsApp – from the very beginning the service was outstanding! The representative was kind, thoughtful, and informative. He even recommended we avoid a certain day due to rough sea conditions and come on a better day instead – such a helpful and honest tip! We booked a boat trip for 11:00 AM and when we arrived, everything was ready and perfectly organized. The trip included visits to beautiful caves, picturesque beaches, and two stops for swimming and snorkeling – truly breathtaking spots. Our guide, Anissa, was absolutely lovely – warm, friendly, super helpful, and always smiling. She made the experience even more enjoyable. After the boat trip, we rented a jet ski and had a blast! The kids were thrilled, and so were we. We truly want to thank you for an unforgettable, fun-filled day. Great family outing on the speedboat adventure, very friendly staff, well organised and great fun. Boys aged 4&5 absolutely loved it and want to go again. Said was their best day of our 7 day holiday in Crete. We even saw two sea turtles which was super lucky and amazing. Highly recommend.

We have had a very good time. We rented sups, we did the cave boat tour and we rented jetskis. Very good service and very friendly people! Coastline is amazing!

A wonderful group of people. They were efficient and a lot of fun. We visited the caves, jet skied, went on the banana twice and rented a boat. It was great to have such good facilities close to the hotel. They take photographs for you for a minimal fee, you get the digital copies by email with a link to Dropbox.
