Sailing Leonessa

2 weeks sailing the cyclades with Mihalis and Leonessa! What an adventure. My first time on a sailboat and we had a range of weather which was really fun to experience. I felt safe in all weather conditions. The boat itself is spacious inside and outside making it a smooth ride the whole way. We had lots of time to enjoy the islands as well as the sea. Our experience would have not been the same without Mihalis, Thank you so much.

We had a fantastic stay aboard Leonessa! Our skipper Michalis is a consummate professional. He has a lot of knowledge about sailing and the surrounding islands, and was always happy to answer our many questions about those topics (and many others.) He was able to plan a route tailored to our group’s preferences while accounting for the weather, and every day was wonderful!

We still have one more night left on Leonessa. We had a fantastic time on the boat. She is a beauty ( got a lot of Compliments on the harbours).She was perfect for our first sailing holiday in Greece. Very well kitted out and had everything we needed to make our trip super successful. Captain Michael was amazing and we really appreciated having him on hand to get intel on local restaurants, beaches and things to do which was brilliant as reduced even more pressure on planning things to do with kids. All in all highly recommended sailing experience onboard Leonessa !

Mihalis and his sailboat provided an excellent experience for our group. We loved sailing the Cyclades, enjoying sun, rain, swimming, dolphin sightings, and many other adventures. The boat is comfortable with modern amenities and thoughtful lifestyle upgrades. Mihalis and Despina were immediately welcoming and professional. We felt safe in their hands as Mihalis shared his sailing wisdom and fascinating stories. He was patient and understanding with our lack of experience. We all had plenty of laughs along the way. You won’t go wrong if you are lucky enough to sail with the Leonessa crew!

Great sail boat and great skipper. We were a group of five, sailing the Aegean for seven days, but it never felt cramped. The cabins were big, the toilets surprisingly spacious and the skipper (Michalis) always happy to accommodate us and help us understand a lot about sailing. All the equipment is brand new and the boat was sparkling clean and well maintained. We definitely recommend Leonessa and Michalis for short or longer sailing trips.
