Wow, I don’t know how to properly give this company full credit for their outstanding customer service. What started off rocky because I failed to read instructions, Anestis and Chris solved without question. They went above and beyond to make sure my rental was smooth and that I had as much time on the water as possible. They respond to texts within minutes, sort out any issues or concerns you might have, give you suggestions on where to go and what to see, a full briefing of the vessel and the operations, and even check in halfway through the day to see if I needed anything. Those guys are amazing! The boat I had was perfect. It would be great for 4 people or less. The Garmin GPS worked perfectly and I was able to see the last several routes so I knew that I was safe within the boundary. The area you can take the boat is massive. I even went to see the temple of Poseidon! It has Bluetooth to connect your phone to listen to music, a cooler box for water/snacks, a ladder to get in and out of the water, and very comfy seating. The boat was top quality. I will only rent from Nausora Boat Rentals when I come back. Smooth and easy transaction, incredible staff, top notch customer support, and high quality boats. We rent two boats with my friends in late August. The boats are brand new and really taken care of. They have every luxury one needs. Even Bluetooth speakers and Shower hose. The communication with the company was easy, the people are kind and helpful. 👍🏻
