Unbelievably rude staff. Have never come across such attitude. Not a smile from anyone and making all guests asking about the free pedalos and kayaks feel unwelcome. Mitsis hotel would do well having a word with the provider about service standards. Benefiting from exposure to paying clients yet completely unwilling to fulfil their part of the arrangement.

The price is absolutely not fair. You have a very small zone to drive. We asked for some info we were disrespectfully sent away. We were at Paradise Watersports the days before. There you have respectful interaction and a great price.
The Norida watersports center is a super team! They are all very qualified and professional people. Their equipment is maintained perfectly . They always put the clients safety in the first place. Very correct and incredibly nice people. Keep up the good work!!!

A disaster!They don't want to lend you for free canoe or pedalo even if normally it is included in the price of the Norida Beach Hotel.They pretend it is too windy,one member of the staff says rental starts at 10.30 a.m and when you come at that time,they say it is only at 11!!Just to make you pay for a jetski or something else which is not included in the price.It is bad advertising for the hotel
