Great car rental! The owner and her husband are super friendly, the whole process is very fast – paperwork takes no more than 5-10 minutes. Good selection of clean cars, great prices and no deposit. Highly recommend!

Rented 4 different vehicles over 11 days, 3 different cars a d a 7 seater. Every vehicle was presented immaculately, was completely reliable and Caroline and Niko where extremely friendly and helpful each time we visited. Probably drove close to 1000km over the 11days exploring all different ends of the islands, caves, beaches, water parks, shopping etc etc Never had a single issue with any vehicle or the service, brilliant service and lovely cars, much cheaper than the bigger companies in the area too, and with better insurance. Definitely use again!!

Recommend! Rented a small car for €45/day near the Gouves Water Park Holiday Resort. The Caroline were very friendly and suggested great places to see Crete’s beautiful nature. The second time, we had also booked a small car, but when we arrived it wasn’t available. They gave us a better car for the same price – everything was handled very professionally.

Family owned shop run by Caroline and her husband. Such nice and very helpful people. We rented a really nice newer car on our vacation and Caroline showed us on the map beautiful places and hidden gems we could drive to. No hidden fees and the price was fair. Would recommend this at any time.

Faced with a rainy day in Kato Gouves, we decided, based on the reviews, to give Caroline's travelshop a visit. Caroline greeted us and managed to get us a hire car for my family of four for the next day at a very reasonable price, all fully insured. The car (Hyundai i20) was immaculately presented and just what we needed. Caroline was extremely friendly and we also asked her about potential areas of interest on the island, that we could visit. Best agencies for rent a car in Gouves City. Mr. Nikos is a great man , very friendly and helpful guy , speak very good english. The cars are brand new , clean and varoius tipe. Best price to rent with full insureance , no limit of kilometers , the credit card is optional and no necessary a deposit . Full to full tank. Mr Nikos also give you the best advice in every thing you want about the island ( where to go , where to eat and much more ). So , i recomended very strong. I rent a Renault Scenic , a nice car.
