Sailing South Crete

My wife, our 1.5-year-old son, and I had a wonderful sailing trip with Captain Christos. We visited beautiful beaches and caves, enjoying the stunning scenery along the way. The snacks and drinks on board were delicious and plentiful. Our son loved using the standup paddleboard, which added to the fun. Christos was a fantastic captain – friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled, making sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. For a mix of adventure and relaxation, we highly recommend a sailing trip with Christos. It was a memorable experience for our family.

With a group of 10 friends we had a lovely time with Annie & Christos. They are so kind and welcoming. Due to the pandemic we needed to reschedule this trip with a year. And it was so worth the wait. Their beautiful sailing boat took us to unexpected places to snorkel and swim in the azure blue sea. Christos even helped us plan for the Samaria trip (we had lunch at your friends place, but forgot to say hi). It felled like their main motto was: chill, relax and enjoy the Greek life. Thank you so much for this lovely adventure.

This is our 5th or 6th time with Sailing South Crete and each time we have had an amazing experience. They took us to places in South Crete that are hidden with pristine waters, wild and isolated coastline. Christos is an a very experienced captain and Annie is such a gracious host. We took our 5 year old with us and she had such a great time jumping in and out of the boat. We absolutely loved the end of the trip as they took us into Loutro harbour, while the sun was setting. We had the view of Loutro in front of us basking in the warm glow of the sunset. We got some awesome pics!

Booked a private full-day sail with Sailing South Crete and it was pure magic. Our captain and his wife were beyond lovely—warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to share their coastline. They guided us to quiet coves for swims, timed the day perfectly, and added thoughtful touches without ever hovering. It felt personal, relaxed, and unforgettable. Book with confidence—we’d do it again in a heartbeat. The places the took us had the some of most beautiful water I have ever seen. Breathtaking.

I did a daily sail trip in August with some friends and we enjoyed really really much.We visited some gems in the south coast of Crete. Chris & Annie had been so kind with us! I suggest them to everyone is looking for a sail trip in the island.

We had the perfect day 🔅 A hiking 🥾 day in the beautiful gorge of Imbros and then an amazing sunset trip with Sailing South Crete 🙂 We will definitely repeat it soon!!

We had such a great time on our cruise with Annie and Christos. There were 5 of us in our group and we had plenty of room on the sailboat. Annie and Christos were very informative and made sure we were well taken care of. We loved seeing all the places that could only be reached by boat. And for course we felt very fortunate to be arriving on a private yacht sailboat. We were served snacks/drinks and had water noodles/masks and things needed to enjoy a day on the water.
