What a day! Highly recommend the private boat tour with Tzagkarakis! Worth every penny! Spent the whole day exploring, swimming, snorkling and paddle boarding! Family friendly! Womderful hospitality and service all around.

Cruising with Constantin and Nikos was so much fun. A dream come true. Constantin knows the secret precious spots: caves, snorkeling, SUP time, swimming, all in solitude, far from the crowds. The boat is spotless, and the salad and fresh bread were delicious and beautifully served. I cannot recommend Crown Cruise Crete more enthusiastically. Thank you Constantine’s Nikos!

We were completely scammed. We initially booked the €620 tour, which was supposed to include visits to three islands. After just half an hour of sailing, we were told that the sea was too rough and that we'd have to visit a different island instead. Unfortunately, shortly after, our boat broke down in the middle of the sea, and we had to wait an hour before being transferred to another boat. Then, they offered yet another change of itinerary, with the promise of watching the sunset from another island. While this sounded nice, the reality was that huge tourist boats were positioned right in front of us, blocking the entire view. But what made the situation even worse was the lack of any goodwill gesture. We were treated terribly and completely taken for a ride. We had to return to the port three times just to get a measly €100 refund, despite the tour being drastically changed. The service was atrocious—they did nothing but offer empty apologies, and no real compensation was provided despite all the issues we faced. This experience was an absolute nightmare, and I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Hired a mini yacht for a surprise engagement. Excellent service and made a very special day fulfilled, would highly recommend as everything was perfect. Very friendly staff and was taken to most beautiful places. Proposed on sunset and amazing pictures. It was booked last minute and the service provided was amazing. They brought a cake, Balloons, proseco, beers and food couldn't thank them enough

I would give more stars if I could! We requested a half day tour via Whatsapp with less than 24 hours notice and they were extremely friendly and accommodating! We had the pleasure of having Kostas and his daughter on board with us and our 18 month old. We had an amazing time and they even offered to keep an eye on our little one allowing us to go on a quick paddle board ride. The food was absolutely amazing - we got the vegan menu (just because it looked so good) that was home made by Kostas's wife and it was one of our favourite meals from our 2 weeks in Greece. Thank you so much!

Amazing experience. Kostas and the crew were very helpful and friendly. We had perfect relaxing time with music in clean waters in xoironisia beach. I definitely recommend any tour Crown cruises's is providing!!
