Artemis Boat Trips

During our stay in Chania I wanted to have a boat trip on my 40th Birthday. A couple of days before we spotted Artemis moored outside a favourite restaurant of ours and it caught our eye. So the day before my birthday I walked down to see if we could book. Spiros was near by and came over to chat about what we wanted. I booked the 4hr trip out to the island so we could swim in a few places and just generally chill out. Booking was simple and easy, sending passenger details via message for the coast guard records. Included in the price was drinks and a snack (he also got me some birthday cake too!) Spiros was knowledgable, really friendly and nothing was a bother. He gave us plenty of options of where to swim. He has a paddle board on the boat as well as snorkel and masks to use. The water around the island was stunning. The clearest water I’ve ever swam in and not cold at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Spiros again. In fact I am already planning our trip to Chania again next year and we will be having another trip, maybe longer this time! Best private cruise in Chania ! Spiros is very kind and professionnal. He explain a lot of things about history. He's amazing with kids ! He offers drinks and cretan home made food ! We did 2 cruises with him, it was wonderful : snorkeling alone, discover Crete and small island... It was perfect !

We booked the sunset tour with Captain Spiros. He is a very pleasant man with extensive knowledge about the island, and he enjoys sharing stories about its history. Spiros is also an animal lover who rescues many animals and has even founded his own shelter. During the tour, you can admire the beautiful surroundings of Crete, swim and snorkel, and of course, watch the stunning sunset. A fantastic tour that I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful trip with Spiros- he is so friendly, knowledgeable and anxious to ensure a fantastic experience! We spent some time looking at other boats and trips. As someone else mentioned, the restaurant manager where we were eating recommended Captain Spiros and were so grateful that he did! He came and sat with us to find out what interests us and was not pushy whatsoever. He served wine and fruit and even swam with us- helping us on and off the boat. He knows so much history about the island and we loved learning from him. The trip was a highlight for both myself and my friend! We definitely recommend taking a trip with him!!

We had a wonderful boat trip with Spiros as our captain. We traveled along the coast from Chania and he brought us to some very special places that were quiet with no crowds of tourists. He shared the special love he has for Greece and the caves. You can’t go wrong on a trip here and it would be an amazing experience. Invite your friends and have your own boat!

We had an amazing time with captain Spiros! He is highly professional as a captain and absolutely welcoming as a host! He brought us to some amazing places at Akrotiri peninsula, offered traditional Cretan pies and provided masks for snorkeling! We will definitely be back!
