A Perfect Week at Sea – Thank You, DK Yachting! We just returned from an unforgettable family sailing trip around the Saronic Islands – and we owe it all to DK Yachting. From the moment we stepped onto the yacht, everything was perfect. The boat was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need – down to luxurious toiletries in every cabin. It truly felt like a floating boutique hotel! But what made the biggest difference was the people. Evi, who welcomed us with the warmest smile, made us feel at home from the very first moment. Her kindness and positive energy set the tone for the entire week. And then there was Antonio, our skipper – simply the best. Professional, calm, incredibly knowledgeable, and with a fantastic way with our two kids (ages 7 and 8), he brought a sense of safety, joy, and adventure to every moment on board. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, DK Yachting, for helping us create memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Highly, highly recommended – from the bottom of our hearts.

These people are thieves. In 2023, I rented a sailboat from them, through the boataround platform. 2 weeks before we boarded the sailboat, they announced that my permit is not accepted by the port authorities, a lie by the way, and that they will not rent the sailboat. After which they claimed that in fact their insurance company does not accept my license. The 3rd reason cited for not renting the boat was that I am not allowed to sail more than 6 miles from the shore, which is correct, i can respect these regulations, but not a condition to refuse a client. I asked for the money back, they refused. I rented the same model of sailboat on another platform, with the same permit, from the same marina. There was no problem. Because of them, I risked losing 4000 euros and ruining the vacation of 7 more people. I somehow recovered the money from Boataround through a 4000 euro voucher that had to be used until December 31, 2023. So I couldn't use my money as I wanted. if anyone wants more details, I can send them to you privately.

Great boat but where's my guarantee return! After six days on this lovely Elan Impression we returned and a diver inspection showed a rope on the propeller. The next day the boat was lifted and it turned out to be a bit of fishing net which had worked it's way between the prop and the anode, breaking the seal on the shaft in the process. Costs to me, lifting out and back in, half an hour's work from the mechanic and a new seal. Plus unblocking one toilet. A week later the company will not tell me the costs nor return the balance of the €2,500 guarantee paid to them. Totally in necessary. Shame. Update 18th June. In spite of the owner's reply below, still no refund received by my bank. The total costs were over Eur1,380 including 310 for unblocking the toilet charged by the owner. Really? His comment "Your tactic to hide things or not to comply with contract obligations" flies in the face of reality. I notified them of the blocked toilet the day before returning the boat. The fishing net was not known at the time. Otherwise the boat was just as received. His comment and unjustifiably aggresive tone just confirms that their attitude is really non client oriented, that's for sure. Final update - balance received on 20th June.

Scam scam scam! They informed us a few days before our vacation that they can no longer rent our boat even it was paid in full and our documents were ok. They had the audacity to steal our money and leave us without a boat days before our trip and we had to rent another boat when they blocked us and realised what was going on. THIEVES!!!!!!!! We were lucky that Boataround gave us a voucher for the next season but it was a lot of stress for us to have our money blocked for one year and having to pay for another boat even if we were ok with the documents!

Now we are waiting to receive the money back, they were not able to find another boat. We made the reservation 3 weeks before and paid in full. Thank you for ruining our vacation! This is a scam company, we rented a boat 1 month ago from them and paid the full amount, all was settled, but with four days before the trip the company canceled it and refuse to refund the money. This is a serious problem because we bought plane tickets and accommodation, but with 4 days before we are in this bad situation. Definitely I don’t recommend!
